Rediculously incompetent, to the point of being quite entertaining!

Everyone is exteremely polite, but don't ever expect the promised callback or letter in the post. My advice (and what I have ended up doing) is to go see them in person if you ever need anything.

I was contacted frequently regarding new properties and found them very helpful. I got my flat through them and they have been managing it since with excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

A perfect example of why the industry has a bad reputation. Polite and charming - until you pay the agency fees. After that I found the service to be inefficient, infuriating, and on one occasion outright rude.

Highly recommended.

My property was rented within a week, with professionalism and a pleasure to do business with.

I would use them again, if I had more property to let in bristol.

Really really impressed, I had been let down by another agent and was in a panic, CJ Hole on Gloucester Road pulled out all the stops even staying late to make sure I signed my contract and moved in the same day - I take my hat off to them and strongly recommed them. Staff were great.
